Post-Construction Cleaning Stages
3 Comprehensive PhasesThe comprehensive detailing phase executed after all contractors and builders have vacated the premises. Every square inch is polished to move-in readiness.
Windows & Glass
Interior glass, tracks, and frames thoroughly cleaned (construction dust accumulates heavily here). Protective film and manufacturer stickers removed from glass, mirrors, and new appliances.
Fixtures & Ventilation
Light fixture globes and covers wiped, ceiling fans and vent covers cleaned (construction dust notoriously clogs these). High-touch surfaces sanitized ahead of move-in.
Surfaces & Trim
Outlet and switch plates wiped, baseboards, crown molding and trim detailed, and wall dust wiped down throughout (drywall dust is one of the defining characteristics of post-construction buildup), plus door frames and tracks.
Cabinets & Appliances
Interior and exterior of all cabinetry wiped clean, appliance interiors and exteriors polished, and cabinet drawer tracks cleared of sawdust.
Countertops & Closets
Construction dust and residue removed from countertops, detailed to a move-in-ready finish. Closet interiors dusted thoroughly (construction dust settles here as much as open rooms).
Flooring Details
Detailed per surface type — hardwood, tile, and carpet each receive dedicated specialized cleaning, not a single generic pass. Transition strips and thresholds between rooms carefully detailed.
